Subject: Goodbye Gorey

I first discovered Gorey's works fifteen years ago while working in a 
bookshop in Washington, DC.  I was the shipping/receiving clerk.  Upon 
opening a newly arrived box of books, I found a copy of Edward Gorey's Amphigo
rey.  Well, it was 'love' at first sight.  I've been collecting reprints of 
his books ever since.

My three favorites are: The Doubtful Guest, The Beastly Baby and The 
Willowdale Handcar.
