Thank you for continuing to offer your helpful, thorough, & aesthetically 
pleasing Edward Gorey site, to which I have referred many times over the 
past few years.  I had not visited it for awhile, but I wanted to check in 
today after I heard the sad news that Mr. Gorey has died!  You have likely 
heard before now of his death this past Saturday (a heart attack; he was 
75), but in case you have not, I wanted to let you know.

Perhaps a special tribute update is in order for your site?  He was such a 
singular artist and persona, as I know you'll agree.  Anyhow, I am saddened 
to share this news, but it is good to know there are others out there who 
appreciate the rich works he left behind.
