Note: The first three printings are indistinguishable and unmarked. The fifth printing, with a black cloth spine, is marked "Fifth Impression" on the dust wrapper flap. The binding returned to its original format with the sixth printing; not until the eighth printing does a statement of edition appear on the copyright page, when "Eighth Impression" appears.

White composition boards with yellow-beige, brown, red, and black pictorial stamping; pictorial dust wrapper; enclosed in a black slipcase with a tan colored label stamped in black.
